We take the risk, invest the time and money to bring - and keep - your website at the top of the organic search engine rankings. If we're successful, you agree to compensate us based on our performance. Sound fair? We think so. Here are the details:
- Our SEO Top 10 Guarantee is only available for clients using one of our "Build it for me" plans. We get no joy in helping our competitor's clients rank high in the search engines. If you're not a ThirdDaySites.com customer and would like to switch and become eligible for our Top 10 Guarantee then please contact us.
- Not all websites qualify. Your website may not be an adult oriented sex, gambling or dating site, a MLM get rich quick site, an online pharmacy, a generic web hosting site, a generic financial affiliate and/or lead generation site, a so called 'information' site (sites promoting ad sense, booklets, mortgages/reverse, getting out of debt, mortgages/home equity, loans, investments , credit cards).
- Domain age does matter - but not to us! Did you know that the age of website's domain address plays an important role in your website's ranking? In fact, many SEO firms won't even touch a domain if it hasn't been active for at least one year. Not us! Bring it on!
- We guarantee your website (domain) will be found in the top 10 listings of Google, MSN/Live or Yahoo using single or multiple keywords related to your web site content, services or products!
- We will provide monthly reports showing your current website position for the optimized search phrases. These reports will also show any gains or losses month to month in your position ranking.
- Search engine rankings change frequently. It is a continuous effort to gain and keep your website ranked in the top 10. Your website is considered in or out of the top 10 based on it's position on the monthly position report.
- You do not pay any SEO fee until your website ranks in the top 10. (Other than the one penny fee PayPal requires before it will add something to the cart.)
- You agree to pay us a one month fee if your website is in the top 10 organic search results for Google, MSN/Live or Yahoo for that reporting month.
- There is no charge for a top 10 ranking for your domain name. If your domain name is "JohnsExtremeHammerShop.com" and someone searches for "John's Extreme Hammer Shop" your website should be returned in the top 10 without our help because of the uniqueness of the name. (Chances are there are not many websites competing for those exact keywords.) It would be dishonest of us - or anyone - to charge for a top 10 ranking for a search phrase like that.
- We will mutually agree on the keyword phrases to target. It begins with you creating a list of keyword phrases that relate to your business. We take that list and analyze it to find any similar popular search phrases. We then analyze the number of daily searches and the amount of competition for each keyword phrase. We must mutually agree on at least 3 keyword phrases to target.
- We will continually work to gain and maintain a Top 10 listing for your keyword phrases as long as you remain a client of ours unless you ask us to terminate our SEO efforts.
- Terms of SEO Top 10 Service Termination: Since it is possible for a well optimized site to maintain it's high organic rankings for a period of time, any termination of services will require upfront payment for future months of potential rankings.
- Termination of our SEO efforts within 180 days of the beginning of our efforts requires payment for the greater of (a) our full price SEO service fee or (b) the highest billable monthly SEO fee to date x 10.
- Termination of our SEO efforts after 180 days from the beginning of our efforts requires payment for your average last three months billable SEO fees that were greater than zero and then multiplied by 10 or our full price SEO service times two (x2), which ever is more.
- You may terminate our SEO efforts and still remain a ThirdDaySites.com client and have full access to our other tools and services.
- We put these termination figures in place so clients don't cancel this service as soon as they make their first payment to compensate us for our effort and success. If we have not achieved a Top 10 ranking for any of your search terms after 180 days, you may cancel this service for no charge. However, if you cancel the service, we will stop trying to get your website to rank high.
- Compensation
- You agree to compensate us $50 per month for each month at least one of your keyword phrases is returned in the Top 10 of Google, Yahoo or MSN/Live.
- So we don't become slackers and only optimize for one keyword phrase, you agree to compensate us $25 per month for each additional keyword phrase that ranks in the Top 10 of Google, Yahoo or MSN/Live.
- You agree to compensate us an additional $50 per month for each month for each keyword phrase that is returned in the #1 position of Google,yahoo or MSN/Live.
- Our compensation is capped at $200 per month.
You can add zeros to the end of those compensation figures to get what our competition charges per month. Why are we so cheap? (We prefer the term "affordable".) Because our mission is to bring great website services into the reach of small business owners to help them grow and expand. An online seller who can ship their product to the world might be able to justify spending $1,000 to $10,000 per month for a guaranteed top 10 ranking. (Yes, there are firms that charge $10,000 per month.) That's out of the price range for the small businesses we work with.
